Nestled in the centre of this historic capital city, GILWELL CENTRE offers accommodation for Scouts of all ages to stay in the city for a weekend or more at an affordable rate.
GILWELL CENTRE provides an opportunity to visit the beautiful capital city of the Czech Republic and stay in walking distance of all the main sights of the city including the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge.
Sleeping would be on the floor on your own mats. We can accommodate 20 sleeping on each of our two storey building.

Easily reach us by trams, buses, or any of the city's three Metro lines, all within a 5-minute walk. The main train station is nearby. No onsite parking, but paid options are close.

For non-residential use

Max 25 people can stay in the centre at one time
Czech Scouts - 175kc/night per person
Minimum cost 2000kc per night
Camping mats and basic sleeping bags are available to hireCZK250€11*/night per person
*Due to international currency transfer costs an additional fee is included when paying in Euros
Available Hours for both rooms: Monday to Sunday 7:00 to 22:00
Overnight stays are only available to Scouts and registered youth groups
There is 2000kc refundable deposit for long term hire to deal with loss of keys and other minor damage
Loss of keys will incur a 500kc payment to replace keys and possibly locks.
